Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA Remote) - Autism Services

We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time BCBAs across New York City.

Preference given to those with NYC Medicaid credentials. 

Must have a current NYC LBA.

Must have NYC Medicaid Credentials.

Compensation

• Full-Time: $75,000 – $85,000/year + bonus potential
• Part-Time: $70-$80/hour
• Flexible scheduling, choose your own hours

What You’ll Do

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and student analysts
• Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on data
• Provide parent training and collaborate with families
• Maintain strong clinical quality and compliance standards

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing
• Licensed or eligible in New York
• Experience working with individuals with autism
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Spanish Speaking needed
• New York Medicaid ID required.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday (flexible)
• Weekend availability optional
