Role Overview

Support the training of next generation AI systems by contributing realistic, high quality personal-assistance expertise. This remote contract role focuses on planning, organization, and day to day coordination through thoughtful one-on-one interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in realistic one-on-one conversations involving personal assistance, planning, organization, and daily coordination.
Provide practical support with scheduling, calendar management, appointments, reminders, and task prioritization.
Organize daily plans, activities, meetings, travel, events, and other personal or professional responsibilities.
Navigate changing priorities, scheduling conflicts, urgent requests, and competing tasks.
Tailor recommendations to an individual’s preferences, priorities, schedule, and circumstances.
Follow project guidelines while maintaining natural, professional, helpful conversations.

Qualifications

Professional experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Secretary, Day Planner, Chief of Staff, Household Manager, or in a similar role is preferred.
Several years of relevant professional experience are preferred.
Strong calendar management, scheduling, organization, planning, time management, communication, task-coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand requests, prioritize competing needs, and deliver practical solutions.
Experience coordinating calendars, appointments, travel, meetings, household activities, or other day to day responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail and adaptability when priorities change.
Comfort participating in realistic one-on-one conversations and remote paired sessions.
No specific degree, certification, or prior AI experience is required.

Work Terms

Remote independent contractor engagement.
Open to candidates located in the United States.

Compensation

$50 to $100 per hour.
