  • Facilitate communication with lenders, title/attorneys, and listing agents.
  • Coordinate earnest money, inspections, appraisal, loan status, and contract addenda.
  • Maintain proactive communication, provide insurance and utility guidance, and support contingency removals.

  • Open title/escrow, verify key contract terms, and distribute a transaction timeline.
  • Coordinate with title/escrow on payoffs, certifications, HOA documents, and municipal requirements.
  • Track appraisal, repairs, concessions, and ensure all forms and disclosures are completed.
  • Prepare closing details: confirm settlement statement review, schedule walkthrough/closing, and provide utility instructions.
  • Facilitate closing-day documentation and provide agents with final confirmations.
  • Complete post-closing tasks, ensure file compliance, archive records, and send client acknowledgments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and transactions at once
  • Strong communication skills, with a professional and approachable style when working with agents, clients, and partners
  • Comfortable using technology and able to learn new systems quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to review documents for accuracy and keep transactions on track from contract to close
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts, the closing process, and brokerage compliance is strongly preferred
